Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island featured within the released materials.

Furthermore included in this latest photograph drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had created development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a notes section labelling various parts of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for boat shelters.

More images made public as part of the ongoing congressional release.
